One-Time License Nature
All EverGreen Algos licenses are provided as one-time software purchases for use within NinjaTrader 8. Upon purchase, you are granted a lifelong, non-transferable right to employ the specific algorithmic suite on a single machine or NinjaTrader account as specified in your purchase agreement. This is a license to use the intellectual property, not a transfer of ownership.
Permitted Use
The software is designed for individual trading and educational purposes only. You are permitted to use the algorithms to execute trades in live market environments or simulated environments on the NinjaTrader platform. Usage is restricted strictly to your authorized machine ID, ensuring secure and stable operation of the licensed suite.
Licensing Restrictions
Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of EverGreen Algos software is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or share your license keys with third parties. Any unauthorized sharing or commercial reselling will result in immediate termination of the license without refund and potential legal action to protect proprietary algorithmic logic.
No Guarantees & Responsibility
EG Algos provides software tools and does not guarantee specific performance or profitability. The final responsibility for all trading decisions rests solely with the user. Markets are unpredictable, and automated strategies must be monitored regularly. By using these tools, you acknowledge that you are responsible for managing your own risk capital.
